Your home should support the way you want to live.
I’m Kim, and I create sustainable, design-forward home organization solutions that work for real families and work spaces.
It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that organizing is my 10,000-hour skill, one that invariably puts me into a flow state. I’ve been rearranging, categorizing, and refining spaces since I was six years old (let’s just say my friends’ parents were always thrilled to have me over).
As an adult, that love of creating beautiful, easy-to-navigate spaces translated into a career organizing and optimizing digital spaces. As a user experience (UX) professional in healthcare and government systems, I organize complex information and visual elements into intuitive, elegant digital experiences. At its core, my work is about the same thing it has always been: creating clarity from chaos.
But my love for organizing and designing physical spaces never faded.
I’ve now come to see our homes as extensions of our nervous systems. When our environment is cluttered, overstimulating, or inefficient, we feel it in our bodies. To me, organizing is a kind of nervous system alchemy: transforming scattered energy into coherence. Not just tidying, but designing systems that support your real life.
If you’re ready to reclaim calm in your home, optimize your spaces to match how you actually live (or want to live), let’s talk! Designing systems that delight and support people isn’t just what I do; it’s what I’m here to do.
Past Projects
Work Spaces
Before
In this office revamp, we sorted and edited, then discussed how the client wanted to feel in his office. I created a mood board, sourced the perfect bookshelf-filing cabinet combo, and made the vision come to life. In his words:
“I feel like a different person when I step into my office now. Instead of being distracted by the mess, I can just focus.”
Kitchens and Pantries
In this small pantry refresh, we centered our organization choices around the season of life the family is in right now. With 3 small children, from toddlers to school-age, encouraging independence in packing lunches, getting breakfast, and helping with dinner were our primary goals. We set up a “back up" area at the bottom with overflow snacks; the kids now have fun “restocking the store” whenever the snack shelf begins to run low.
Note: Decanting anything and everything isn’t required for a simple, usable solution. Every family is different, and I find it more helpful to decant only the items you truly need to visually keep track of on an ongoing basis.
Nurseries and Changing Stations
Confession: I LOVE the challenge of organizing all the tiny baby things in a nursery. The folded outfits and itty bitty diapers fit so satisfyingly into little baskets, and the completed project provides a sense of calm and order before the whirlwind of newborn life begins. Seeing a changing station come together is often the moment hits — this baby is really coming home soon!
In this small changing station project, we set up everything these new parents needed to make it through those hazy, sleepy newborn days. We converted a space in their bedroom closet to a temporary diaper changing station with diapering essentials, changes of clothes, and breastfeeding necessities. We also added a dimness-adjustable, magnet-attached LED light to make nighttime changes a breeze.
In this full design nursery, we focused on creating a soothing yet practical setup that would transition easily into a home office down the line. Multi-purpose decor was selected, for example the lumbar pillow that doubles as a breastfeeding pillow. Blackout shades and curtains transform the sunny space into a sleep oasis.
Bathroom Storage
In this practical bathroom closet project we weeded out expired and redundant items, grouped them by category, then selected the right storage products to make sure everything is easily visible and accessible.
Kids’ Rooms
One of my favorite full design projects for a very pink, travel-themed little girl’s room
Closet for a toddler arranged in a Montessori style to encourage independent dressing, with a changing station for visiting little ones

I’m based out of Bellefonte, Delaware, but am happy to travel within a 25 mile radius of home. Beyond that range, a travel fee applies based on distance.

At heart, I am a user experience professional. I’m all about practical efficiency, but I also need the final product to look visually pleasing. I try to weave at least a little beauty into everything I touch.
I’m also a long-time fan of Marie Kondo’s philosophy and her emphasis on spatial harmony and contemplation of our relationship to the objects we surround ourselves with.
I do differ with her a bit on the question that guides our choices when editing our spaces; I prefer the question “does this align with who I want to be?” After all, organizing is a very future-oriented activity. It’s about shedding the past in order to live in alignment with the life you want to live.

Yes! An organizing session is the perfect gift for expecting (or seasoned!) parents, downsizing empty-nesters, or friends settling into a new home.

I currently accept payments via Venmo, Paypal, and Zelle.
A 50% downpayment for organizing fees is due at time of contract signing. Materials and remaining balance are due at the time of project completion.

Only if you want to! I generally prefer to be resourceful and use what you’ve got around the house (shout out to Mason jars), but there’s nothing like a beautiful set of baskets or acacia-lidded jars to make you excited to maintain your newly organized space.

I work in four hour increments.

I am available for organizing sessions Friday afternoons and from 8-4 on weekends, but am very flexible with consultation appointments.

Projects are broken out into 3 phases:
Phase 1: Weed the garden
This may take one or several sessions, depending on how much there is to process. I will need your participation for this phase — it’s important that you be part of the decision process about what stays and what goes.
Phase 2: Design the solution
In this step we’ll decide on a design solution for your space. I’ll source everything we need and return ready to implement at our next session.
Phase 3: Implement the solution
This is the exciting part! Once again, this may take one or several sessions depending on complexity.

I recommend sorting things into general donate, sell, trash, and recycle piles. I will take care of transporting items to be donated for an additional fee.

I’m a mom of three small children (and two cats), a lover of travel, home design, and trying new, weird foods (I swear egg coffee is amazing!). I spend most of my free time listening to manifestation/spirituality podcasts while multi-tasking doing mom or work things.
